These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Rummify ("we," "us," "our"), the operator of the Rummify mobile application and website at rummify.ai.
By downloading the app or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Rummify is a social scoring and settlement tool. It helps groups of players track scores, calculate who owes whom at the end of a session, and keep a history of past games.
Rummify is not responsible for any financial disputes between players arising from sessions recorded in the app.
If you are using the app in a jurisdiction where card games for stakes are restricted or prohibited, it is your responsibility to ensure your use complies with local law. Rummify records scores only — it does not facilitate wagering.
Your account is tied to your phone number. You are responsible for keeping your device secure. Do not share your OTP with anyone.
You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their consent. You may not use automated means to create accounts or access the service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Rummify offers a free tier and optional paid scan credits purchasable through Google Play (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS).
All purchases are processed by Google or Apple — not by Rummify. By making a purchase you also agree to Google's or Apple's terms of service as applicable.
Refunds: All sales are final. Refund requests must be directed to Google Play or the Apple App Store using their standard refund processes. Rummify does not process refunds directly.
Failed scans: Scan credits are never consumed for failed scans.
PDF export: Always free for all session participants regardless of subscription status.
Restore purchases: Credits are tied to your account. If you reinstall the app, use the Restore Purchases option to recover your credits.
Pricing changes: Prices are subject to change at any time. Price changes take effect at the next billing cycle for existing subscribers.
Personal use: Rummify subscriptions and credits are for personal use only. Commercial resale or sublicensing is prohibited.
You own the session data you create in Rummify — player names, scores, and session history. We do not claim any ownership over it.
By using the app you grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that player names and information you enter into the app have been shared with you lawfully.

The Rummify name, logo, app design, and all original content are owned by Rummify and protected by trademark and copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Rummify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.
We are not responsible for disputes between players regarding scores, settlements, or payments made outside the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rummify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, financial loss between players, or disputes arising from session records.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fairfax County, Virginia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
For material changes we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via the app.
